How do I return an item?

  • Please return any item in the original, unused condition within 30 days after delivery to you for a full refund of the original item price. If the original order had a shipping cost, the shipping will not be refunded.
  • If the item arrives to you in good condition but returned back to us (within the appropriate return window) and arrives to our Returns Department damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in the original condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be levied. If the merchandise is received and determined to be in an unsaleable condition we will deny the return all together and you will be responsible to arrange pickup or shipment in order to retrieve your merchandise. This pertains to all orders returned regardless of whether they are delivered back to us within the 30 day window.

· We do not accept returns on:

o Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

o Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or is missing parts.

o Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.

o Electrical products.

o Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or video game that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

o Products that were originally delivered via e-mail or download.

· It is the customer's responsibility to purchase insurance for the return shipment to cover the possibility of the item getting damaged in transit to our Returns Department.

  • If the item arrives to you visibly damaged, you should tell the carrier to mark the item as refused and contact our customer service department to tell them what happened and arrange a reship or refund.
  • Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's. (If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.)
  • If the item arrives to you and is delivered and you believe that the item is damaged or materially different than what was described, we may choose to, at our discretion issue a prepaid label to return the item to us for a refund or reshipment.
  • With regard to who pays for the return shipping,
    • If an item arrives to you as described and undamaged, it is your responsibility to pay to return the item to us for a refund.
    • If an item arrives to you not as described or is damaged, we will pay for the return shipping (at our discretion).
  • If we provide a pre-paid return label and then during the processing of the return discover that the item in fact was correctly fulfilled and did not warrant a label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.
  • VERY IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: In addition to the policies above, international customer product returns MUST include the following statement clearly written on the return parcel: “CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN”
