Misrepresentation of parts |

I was very disappointed when I received my parts or should I say part in the mail today. I had ordered the Pull start kit & replacement part for Honda ATC / Starter Pulley Description of what I ordered stated it contained the main spring, cover plate, throw out springs, pawls, D-washers, rope & pull handle. I received one part in all. On top of all this I paid $13.77 for shipping and handling for the package to come a week later. I mean the flat rate boxes are only $4.00 and come in 3 days. I will not shop this site again ~ Just all around poor service & an unsatisfactory products.
