Constructed of steel with tubular substructure and sheet metal top layer. Textured black powder-coated finish keeps gear from sliding around on rack. Front rack 35 L x 17 W x 1 D; rear rack 40 L x 20 W x 1 D. Front rack uses stock mounting bolts. Rear rack includes mounting hardware and instructions.
