Exempt per CARB Executive Order (E.O.) #D-355-35 for all 2019-21 Royal Enfield 650 Twin models.

High-flow air filter flows 12% more than stock. Direct replacement for the OEM air filter. Filter is washable and re-usable. Plate kit increases airflow performance by a dramatic 95% when paired with the S&S air filter (60.4 cfm versus stock 30.9 cmf). Plates are made from durable stainless steel and include mounting hardware. Intake eliminator plate kit and air filter sold separately. Made in the U.S.A.
