Bikeman Performance 06-15-119 Stage 2 Boss Clutch Kit - All Altitude (Adjustable) Standard Style

Fixes the sluggish clutching issues. Unmatched acceleration and track speed gains. Lightning-quick back-shift (down shift). Holds RPM much better than factory. Secondary smooth shift washers included for buttery smooth secondary shifts on standard kits. Torsion spring conversion upgrade offers even more all-around performance and may increase top speed. Much smoother and better working reverse on standard style clutch kits. Clutch kits are easily adjustable for fine tuning. Includes setup guidelines for specific models and different modifications options. Standard style clutch kits include Goldstar magnetic adjustable clutch weights, Bikeman Performance primary spring (some may come with two primary springs for different years and/or engagment RPM), Bikeman Performance secondary spring, two smooth-shift secondary washers and a custom cut helix. Torsion conversion style clutch kits include a torsion spring cup, Goldstar magnetic adjustable clutch weights, Bikeman Performance primary spring (some may come with two primary springs for different years and/or engagment RPM), Bikeman Performance secondary spring, two smooth-shift secondary washers and a custom cut helix. Torsion conversion clutch style kits come with a new roller hub which has three holes for the torsion spring settings. Torsion secondary spring tool PART #1141-0283 works on all Arctic Cat 05-18 secondary clutches with Bikeman torsion conversion kit; available separately and highly recommended (see TOOL SECTION). NOTE: For Torsion conversion clutch style kits ONLY, reverse on 2-stroke models may not work under high load situations (backing up a snow covered hill), but will work fine in low load situations (off the trailer, out of the garage, etc.). NOTE: Torsion conversion clutch style kits requires a 1/4in. hole drilled in secondary clutch to catch the end of the spring..
