All KPMI titanium valves are manufactured from solid U.S. milled titanium bar..
The titanium bar is cut, forged and then the stem is pulled from the forging process and cross-sectionally reduced..
After all final grinding and machining the valve is encased in a hard titanium nitride shell..
We have tested these valves in the lab and on the track..
They have proven themselves time after time in many high-demand applications, from a dual stage nitrous motor to a recent Superbike from Hell.
