Special hardened and nickel-coated steel outer ring. Will last up to three times longer than aluminum sprockets while weighing up to 50% less than a normal steel sprocket. Constructed from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Precision-manufactured outer ring and carrier are interlocked using a special heat-shrink procedure. Carrier is anodized for extra durability and available in four colors. CAD-designed and CNC-machined.
