The CNC-machined flexible tip, made from billet aluminum, is springloaded and rotatable. This innovative design helps reduce damage during impacts, such as in ruts, by allowing the tip to spin. The tip also includes steel teeth for enhanced grip in muddy conditions and a built-in stop that limits rotation to 90 degrees, protecting the lever from further damage. For added protection, the brake levers come equipped with a cable brake snake, which helps prevent the shaft from bending in a collision. Made from 7075 aerospace aluminum construction. T6 heat treated to increase tensile strength. Forged shaft for increased core strength. Smooth shaft design to reduce surface wear. CNC machined billet flexible tip. Rotating action reduces impact damage. Steel insert teeth for increased grip. Mechanical stop on the tip. Incorporated brake snake. Color anodized to prevent corrosion.
