Automotive-grade, high-deflection bulb gasket around entire windshield perimeter insures best in class tight weatherproof seal. Top folds against the bottom, nothing contacts the hood. Quickly release/secure upper windshield section with simple twist of two composite leversno tools required. Top windshield held in folded position securely and easily with two heavy-duty captive rubber plugs. Mechanically attached UV protected transparent hinge is durable and replaceable. Works with Polaris O.E.M. Roof and Doors. Works with Seizmik Pre-Runner Light Bar System, Mirror Kits, Doors and Hood Rack. Trailerable to 65mph when folded down. Incredible shatter resistance - 200 times more than glass. Very soft and flexible, so it scratches easier than acrylic. Cannot be polished or buffed, it will get cloudy. 88% Light transmission. Very stable in temperatures up to 260 degrees. Note: Hood Rack needs to be unlatched and tilted forward to allow upper windshield to fold down, then replaced once upper windshield is secure.
