SLPs system of venturi dividers placed in the bore of the carburetor on the engine side of the slide increases air velocity and improves fuel atomization. Benefits include instant throttle response, improved low-end and mid-range horsepower, smoother low-end to mid-range transition, the ability to pull a higher gear coming out of corners, allowing the engine to pull through the rpm range quicker, helping eliminate low-end hesitation, eased engine tuning and added fuel economy.
